Versatile Reel Storage Rack - 20,000 lbs. Capacity, Adjustable
MECO OMAHA's Reel Rack is engineered for the demanding needs of manufacturing and distribution environments, offering a robust solution for storing and dispensing products wound on reels or spools. This includes poly or wire rope, hose, electrical cable, or chain. Its construction features double-welded uprights made from hefty 3" structural channel, firmly welded to a 4" channel base for unparalleled stability and durability.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the Reel Rack comes with axle brackets that are adjustable on 2" centers, allowing for customizable storage solutions that can accommodate axles up to 21/2" in diameter (axles not supplied by MECO OMAHA). The 96" models include 3 pairs of axle brackets, while the 120" and 144" models boast 4 pairs, with the option to order additional brackets as needed.
For safety and stability, it is strongly recommended to secure the units to the floor before use. This rack system ships knocked down for convenience and is finished in gray enamel with orange axle brackets, providing both durability and visibility within your workspace. Return Policy
You can return unused or defective products up to 30 days from the date of order. Some product returns may be subject to restocking fees. Proof of Purchase will be required if we cannot verify your order information. Unless the product is defective or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipment costs.
Defective or Damaged Products
All shipments received must be immediately inspected for damage. If your order shipped on a freight carrier, any damage needs to be noted on the Freight Receipt before signing for the delivery. An exchange or refund will be provided at no additional cost. If damage is due to misuse or regular wear of the product, the return will be denied.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. If the order is canceled prior to shipping, you will be refunded in full. Certain products that are manufactured to order cannot be canceled after the manufacturing process has started.
