The Pneumatic Pallet Leveler, model PPL, is designed to enhance efficiency and ergonomics in material handling by automatically adjusting the height of the pallet as it is loaded or unloaded. This system uses pneumatic bellows to actuate the raising and lowering of loads, requiring an initial air pressure of 80 PSI.
The air tank and controls are self-contained and do not require constant air pressure, allowing for greater flexibility. The tank and controls are removable for remote operation, and a 48" hose is included for convenience. The leveler features a carousel with a diameter of 40.75" and a rotating ring diameter of 43.5", facilitating easy access to loads.
