Our Lift-Out Rails are manufactured from heavy-duty 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 7 gauge square tubes, ensuring durability and robust protection for your facility. Compatible with posts made from 4" x 4" x 7 gauge square tubes, the system is built to withstand the demands of industrial environments. The posts are double-welded to oversize 1/2" x 11" x 11" steel base plates, which feature pre-drilled 7/8" mounting holes for secure attachment to the floor (note: anchoring hardware is not provided).

This modular system allows for the creation of a custom rail system or protective enclosure tailored to your specific needs. The removable rails provide convenient access to machinery for repairs and maintenance, ensuring that safety measures do not impede operational efficiency. Post-to-rail hardware is included, making the assembly and disassembly process straightforward.

All post tops are equipped with black plastic end caps, minimizing the risk of injury from sharp edges, while the entire system is finished in a safety yellow enamel for high visibility and caution. Available in lengths from 4' to 10', and with a weight capacity tailored to the size of the rail, these Lift-Out Rails offer a versatile solution for creating safe and accessible work areas.

Return Policy

You can return unused or defective products up to 30 days from the date of order.  Some product returns may be subject to restocking fees.  Proof of Purchase will be required if we cannot verify your order information.  Unless the product is defective or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipment costs.

Defective or Damaged Products

All shipments received must be immediately inspected for damage.  If your order shipped on a freight carrier, any damage needs to be noted on the Freight Receipt before signing for the delivery.  An exchange or refund will be provided at no additional cost.  If damage is due to misuse or regular wear of the product, the return will be denied.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.  If the order is canceled prior to shipping, you will be refunded in full.  Certain products that are manufactured to order cannot be canceled after the manufacturing process has started.
