Reliance Foundry's Halvard C40-R Removable Crash-Rated Bollard is designed to keep pedestrians and property safe in case of a collision. These bollards are proudly engineered in Canada and certified in American testing facilities to meet the ASTM F2656-20 SC40 P1 standard: the Halvard C40-R Removable Crash-Rated Bollard can stop a 2,430-pound vehicle traveling at 40 mph with less than 3.3 feet of penetration.
Commonly used in storefronts or parking lots, the Halvard C40-R Removable Crash-Rated Bollard features a removable mounting system to provide vehicle access when needed. Following our ASTM certification crash test, the removable portion of the bollard was still able to be removed from the receiver.

Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Products
All shipments received must be immediately inspected for damage. If your order shipped on a freight carrier, any damage needs to be noted on the Freight Receipt before signing for the delivery. An exchange or refund will be provided at no additional cost. If damage is due to misuse or regular wear of the product, the return will be denied.
